People

Here are some of the people you will see around at Great Ashby Community Church (GACC) and a little bit about them.

 
Rev. Sue Hardwidge is GACC's Baptist Minister. Sue came to GACC in April 2008. Sue is the inclusion governor at Round Diamond School and on the committee of the Great Ashby Community Group. Sue is married to Martin. They have 2 'grown up' sons.
  Rev. Christine Hina is GACC's Anglican minister and curate at St. Nicholas. Christine has been with GACC since it started in 2006. Christine is married to Damon. She shares the house with daughters Jenny and Kathryn, son Andrew, a very large dog and two cats.
John Gribbon, married to Margaret. John is a retired Civil servant, now a Magistrate, College Governor & approximate golfer!
     
Linda Elberts is one GACC's Children’s Workers working mainly with KidZone.  Linda Chairs the Great Ashby Commmunity Centre Management Association (GACCMA). She syas: "I don’t really have any hobbies as I work full-time and have a husband and two busy teenagers to ‘manage’".
  Louise Amusan, enjoys gardening, growing her own vegetables and watching movies. Louise is part of the team at GACC, meeting and welcoming people to church.
Rev. Martin Hardwidge plays bass for GACC. He is on Graveley Parish Council and the committee of the Great Ashby Community Group. He is a Baptist Youth Specialist and works for Oasis College in London.
 

John Amusan, enjoys singing and is part of the group of singers and musicians within the church. John also works with the IT and sound at GACC. In his spare time, he enjoys watching premier league football.
